Why test globally?

Your site might be fast where you are. But what about Tokyo? São Paulo? Mumbai?

Regional outages, slow DNS, CDN cache misses, and ISP routing issues happen every day. Most monitoring tools only check from one or two locations—and miss the problems your global customers experience.

CDNs fail regionally

A cache miss in São Paulo doesn't show up in US-based tests. We catch it.

DNS propagates unevenly

Your DNS change worked in Europe but broke Asia. Multi-region checks show the full picture.

ISPs route differently

A routing issue in Singapore can make your site unreachable there while it's fine elsewhere.

TTFB affects SEO

Google measures page speed from real user locations. Slow TTFB in key markets hurts rankings.

Frequently asked questions

Have a different question? Contact us

What is a monitor?

A monitor is a single check for one URL or endpoint. For example, monitoring your homepage is one monitor, and monitoring your API health endpoint is another. Each monitor runs independently from all selected locations.

Do checks affect my site's performance?

No. Our checks are lightweight HTTP requests—similar to a single user visiting your page. They don't run JavaScript, download assets, or put any meaningful load on your server.

How do you avoid false positives?

When a check fails, we immediately re-check from multiple locations before alerting. You only get notified when the problem is confirmed—not when a single probe has a network hiccup.

What counts as a location?

Each location is a probe server in a specific city or region—like Tokyo, São Paulo, or Frankfurt. Your checks run from all locations you select, giving you a true global view of performance.

What integrations do you support?

We integrate with Slack, Webhook, and email out of the box. Webhook support lets you connect to any tool in your stack—PagerDuty, Discord, Microsoft Teams, or your own systems.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. When you upgrade, we credit you pro-rata for your existing plan. No long-term contracts or hidden fees.
